Here p-tags were used from the beginning. The difference in this example is that this is not a top level page.
yes, as explained in the past ticket, the issue you experienced does not happen on sandbox so it doesn't look like a bug, also seems the issue with numbers in the same cases happened due to a different format. So I suggest we check one example to see what might be causing it.
1) Please share 1 example page I can use to check the issue and how.
2) Is it safe to disable plugins and switch themes to confirm the issue, if not it would be nice to provide a staging site. You can use WP staging for that.

Literally everything on it doesn't work. Meta Title and Meta Description translations are not displayed (the originals in all languages are shown), although ATE lists them as translated. Part of Meta Title is made via shortcode ([sc name="echr"][/sc]). But it's not saved when the original is updated (and sometimes it is, but more often it isn't; the translatable part of it is 'echr', I translate it as 'echr_en', eg. ATE sees this part, I've prescribed everything I need in funclions and config). There are four links on this page, for which $blacklist-exceptions are written in functions: hidden link and hidden link (each is repeated twice). But these exceptions don't work. To be more precise, sometimes they work, but then they are cancelled almost spontaneously. Against this background, the fact that WPML doesn't save translations of numbers made via search-box pales into insignificance (and it doesn't save them, there are about 130 such numbers on this page). Again, there are several such pages. And each of them is translated into 38 languages. The originals of these pages are in Russian. However, the main language is English (I need it so that in case of absence of a page in some language a visitor would get a link to the corresponding page in English as more widespread, not in Russian). Now I have switched the site to limited resources, but during the work I tried to include up to 24 cores and 128 gb of memory. It didn't help in any way, just made some processes faster.
You can disable plugins and change the theme if you feel it's necessary, although I have high doubts that the problems are caused by any of them. I have, of course, made all the backups.
I see you have different issues, but we limit 1 issue per ticket to keep things and conversation clear, I can not check multiple things at once and such replies complicate tickets for external readers of people having similar issues reading tickets.

In this ticket, I will be checking the issue with translations not being saved and reverting each time, so you need to re-translate them.
