There's no "tools" tab so I can't transfer my credits back to my account.

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
I want to transfer credits from one website to another, but I couldn't find a clear way to do it in our WPML account.

Solution:
To transfer your credits from one website to another, you need to have the WPML Advanced Translation Editor enabled in your WPML settings. Once enabled, you will see the "Tools" tab, which allows for credit transfers.

reneeF-2	I am trying to: I want to remove the credits from a website to give them to another. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: It's the /forms website I expected to see: In our WPML account, we should be able to easily transfer the credits! Why do we need to go to a website? And if we have to go to the website site, the tools tab/transfert option should be there! Or at least explain why it isn't working. We should not need to ask for support.
