Hi,

My customer translated a product to German but the translated product does not show on the webshop. In the product list the translation shows the gear icon. When clicking the translation status shows 100%. The product does not appear in translation management --> jobs. How can we fix this?

Thank you for contacting the support.

Can you please try the following?

IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand.

- Cancel the existing job if possible. You can also try this from WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting -> Cancel in progress jobs...

- Update WPML plugins to the latest versions.

- Make a little change in product's content by editing in default language.

- Save and translate again.
