Tell us what you are trying to do?
I have uploaded on a page built with elementor an mp3 file in spanish (main language).
I have gone to WPML Media Translation and uploaded the mp3 audio file in catalan (secondary language) but when I visit the webpage it does not get the catalan mp3 audio file.

Now it works because I have modified it wit WordPress translation, but it would be better to translate it with WPML Media Translation and it's not working with Elementor.

Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. WPML Media translation will work with attachments (think of images inserted in a post content) but depending on how the link to that file is inserted with Elementor it might not be the solution.

1. In the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE), by default, links are hidden. Open the translation using our ATE, and use the search bar at the top left to search the file URL. Can you find it? If so, please use that method to translate the link.

2. If you can't find it, we'll need to investigate a bit more:
- Can you tell me which Elementor widget are you using to insert that file url?
- Is it a default Elementor widget? Is it coming from an Elementor add-on (I see that you have several add-ons such as crocoblocks, Jet ...).
- If the widget is coming from an add-on it could be that you need to register that widget for translation: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/how-to-register-page-builder-widgets-for-translation/
