I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
Sorry, I don't see you've shared the credentials with me so I checked on other tickets and got the credentials.
After logging in, I see there are two posts that are not translated into the Thai language completely: hidden link hidden link
Then I do some steps below to translate them:
1. Go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting > Click on the button "Cancel in-progress automatic jobs".
2. Try to translate the post again with automatic translation but the credits run out (please complete the outstanding payment for Pay As You Go later). Then I go to WPML > Settings > Translation Mode > Switch to "Translate What You Choose".
3. Translate two posts and complete them > Everything works properly.
