trying to translate product when click it go to Translations queue

shaya	trying to translate a product when click it go to the Translations queue it changed now a few days again no issue .. why it not open the translation process page i think is because of this REST enabled No REST API is disabled, blocking some features of WPML see the screenshot, how to fix?
