This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are using WPML with Elementor to manage a multilingual website and are facing challenges in synchronizing design updates across different language versions. Additionally, you are experiencing issues with the support chat system.
Solution:
To ensure that design changes made in the English version of your website are reflected in other languages, you should update the translations using the WPML Translation Editor after making any design changes. This step is crucial for syncing the design across different languages. If this does not resolve the issue, we recommend sending us the WPML debugging information for further analysis. You can find more information on how to provide this at https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. If the problem persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you need further assistance, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
We have been using WPML for over a year to manage our multilingual website (5 languages) built with Elementor. We need a reliable method to ensure that design updates made to the English version of our website using Elementor are automatically reflected in all other language versions.

Symptoms:
We have encountered significant challenges in effectively synchronizing design changes across languages. Additionally, the support chat system is unreliable, often failing to work as expected and resulting in data loss when the page is refreshed.

Questions:
How can we achieve seamless design synchronization between the English version and other language versions of our website using WPML and Elementor?
What steps have been taken to improve the stability and reliability of the support chat system?

Hello,

Once you edit the original content, even after making only a design change, you will noeed to update the translation(s) with the WPML Translation Editor.

This should sync the design change into the second language(s).

In case this does not solve the issue, it would also be very helpful if you could send us the WPML debugging information.
