What happens when I delete a translation that is "in progress"?

marcH-33	If on the Translation Management page I delete a translation that is "in progress", does that effectively delete completely the existing translation? The reason I want to do this is that the translation does not load in the editor. On the front end though the translation shows.

If it is for the first time you are translating, the translation will only be completed if it is 100% complete. So deleting in progress one will delete the translation. But if you have translated the page before and now you changed something and you are int he process of translation and you delete the translation job, it will be deleted but, as it had been translated before the Advanced Translation Editor, translation memory takes into effect and brings back the previous translation as much as it is possible. Hope I could give context.
