when I click on the pencil to add the translated image and alt text, nothign happen

claireR-4	For the Media translation - on the two with the issue - when I click on the pencil to add the translated image and alt text, nothign happen, there is no pop up. So I cannot translate the images. For the other websites, it is still working as usual. any ideas why?

claireR-4	Hi I also noticed that for the two sites where the issue happens (2 out of 5 with the exact same settings) at the bottom of Media Translation this strange content appears (as per image)
