[Resolved] WooCommerce App Not Showing Arabic Products with WPML
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You have set up a WooCommerce store in two languages using WPML and noticed that while Arabic products are visible on the website, they are not showing in the WooCommerce Mobile App. Solution: We have identified that products and categories in secondary languages are not visible on the WooCommerce Mobile App. This behavior is expected as product translation is only available and visible within the WordPress dashboard. Unfortunately, this issue cannot be resolved from our side. However, you can still view translated products by accessing the WordPress admin through the mobile app. For more details, please refer to our erratum: https://wpml.org/errata/woocommerce-mobile-app-translated-products-and-categories-not-displayed/
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I have set up a WooCommerce store in two languages (English and Arabic) using WPML. The site is working fine on the front end, but I’ve noticed an issue with the WooCommerce Mobile App.
Symptoms:
Arabic products are visible on the website but not showing in the WooCommerce Mobile App.
Questions:
Could you please advise on the possible cause and how to fix this so that both English and Arabic products appear in the WooCommerce app?
We suspect a collision with the theme or another plugin might cause this problem. If possible, get your site into a minimum environment, switching to a default WordPress theme like TwentyTwenty-Four and having no plugins activated except WPML.
First, you must check if the problem persists when just the theme is switched to TwentyTwenty-Four (for example) or the parent Hello theme. If it persists, deactivate all plugins except WPML and its add-ons and WooCommerce without any extensions. Then, please check if the problem persists. If it does not continue, start by activating the plugins individually and checking when the issue comes back, then report to me which plugin was the culprit.
**** Important! Please make a full site backup (files and DB) before you proceed with those steps****
*** If your site is live, you might want to try those procedures in a staging environment or a snapshot of your site on your local server or another server. ***
I suspect that WPML and WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency are not compatible with the WooCommerce Mobile App. I've just conducted a test on a fresh WordPress installation with WooCommerce and WPML. I set the default language to English and the second language to Arabic. I translated a few products into Arabic. I installed the mobile app on my phone and connected to my test site. I can see that the Arabic products are not showing in the WooCommerce Mobile App. I'm going to discuss this issue with our second-tier supporters. I'll keep you updated here.
I just wanted to kindly follow up regarding the issue you escalated to the second-tier supporters.
Do you have any updates or an estimated timeline for when I might hear back?
I'm sorry, but I still don't have a reply from our second-tier supporters.
I've just sent them a reminder to check this issue.
To set your expectations about the possibility of resolving this issue, I want to bring to your attention the following. According to my tests and what I can see in our internal documentation about the WooCommerce Mobile APP, it could be that there will not be a quick fix for this. But let's wait for our second-tier supporters reply.
Our compatibility team has reviewed this case and concluded that products and categories in secondary languages are not visible on the WooCommerce Mobile App. And that this behavior is expected, as product translation is only available and visible within the WordPress dashboard. They added that this can't be fixed from our side. To clarify, we have published an erratum regarding this matter.
