This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client installed ACF Multilingual and set an ACF group field to be the same across all languages. Despite translating the fields in string translation, the field still appeared in French on the English page.
Solution:
We recommended ensuring that the 'Return Format' for the 'Select' field in ACF is set to 'Label'. The steps to do this are:
1. Go to 'ACF > Field Groups' and open the relevant field group.
2. Click on the specific field.
3. Scroll down to the 'Return Format' option and select 'Label'.
4. Save the changes.
After saving the changes, the client should update both the default page and its translation.
If this solution does not resolve the issue, we invite the client to open a new support ticket.

Hello,

I installed ACF Multilingual. The ACF group field is set to not being translatable (see attachment). In the ACF group field, I set it to be the same across all languages. So when I set it in French, it is automatically set in English as well (I see the lock sign when in the admin of the English page using this ACF). I then went in the string translation and translated the fields (see attachment). On the front end, however, the field still still appears in French on the English page.

I understand the issue and will try my best to assist you in this matter.

From the Screenshot(string translation), it appears that you have attempted to translate 'Choices', which indicates that you are using the "Select" field. When outputting Choices of the Select field on the Frontend, we always recommend choosing "Label" as the "Return Format" in the Select field configuration of ACF. Would you please follow the steps below and ensure that the "Return format" is set correctly?

- Navigate to "ACF > Field Groups" and open the field group that contains the field in question.
- Click on the specific Field.
- Scroll down until you find the "Return Format" option. Choose "label" from the available options and then save your changes.

Once the Changes are saved, you will need to update the default page and the translation as well.
