Can't add or remove website under my sites registrations page

tomasG-14	Background of the issue: I am trying to manage my site registrations on the WPML account page. I have a license that covers 3 websites. Symptoms: I can't add or remove a website in https://wpml.org/account/sites/. There is no button such as 'Add website' or 'Edit website' on the relevant page, and I can't get site keys. Questions: How can I add a website to my WPML account? How can I remove a website from my WPML account? Why are the 'Add website' or 'Edit website' buttons missing on the WPML account page?
