This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client needs to transfer WPML services from the domain senatorsandco.com to morsobaltic.com and is unsure how to handle the transfer of the WPML license and whether the translations will migrate with the site.
Solution:
1. Register a new license for morsobaltic.com by visiting your account and then add it in Plugin > Add new > Commercial.
2. The translations created with WPML are stored in the site's database. Therefore, when you migrate the site (files + database), the translations will also be transferred.
3. If you need more than three live site (production) web domains, consider upgrading to WPML Multilingual Agency. If not needed, you can remove one domain and generate a new WPML key for the new domain at https://wpml.org/account/sites/.
