anthonyR-27	Background of the issue: I need to know where I can translate my gravity forms and the chatbox on the website hidden link. I have been able to translate most of the website with the exception of these two items. Symptoms: I couldn't find instructions on how to translate Gravity Forms or the chatbox on our website. Questions: Where can I translate my forms on the website? Where can I translate the chatbox on the website?

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements. Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me. ✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

I'd like you to know that our support policy allows us to take care of only one issue per ticket. Continuing with one issue per ticket helps not only supporters to focus on one issue at once, but also enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster. I will try to answer your questions accordingly and will split the ticket if required. Your Website is already using Spanish as the primary language. The call to action buttons or texts can be translated using String Translation. All you have to do would be to search for the string. Example here hidden link as shown in the attached screenshot.

anthonyR-27	Thanks for the response. Your instructions only take care of the button. I still need to translate the Call to Action Text and link. Where can I translate those? My question about the default website is only about the CMS, I need WordPress' dashboard to be in English.
