I am trying to: translate a new product and activate it in a new language

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: I can't show that for this problem

I expected to see: the pencil saying that the translation went fine

Instead, I got: the arrows circling and won't stop circling, however the translation is saved. When I click the flags to switch language page it opens a "new product page". I read other tickets for this type of problem but didn't find any solution, you often took over the clients backend. Finally for info, I updated the theme and WP as well as the plugins not too long ago. In case that could be linked...

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

It looks like there is an error while our server attempts to deliver translation to your site. Please go to WPML > Support > Advanced Translation Editor and share some screenshots of the error log with me.
You can also try to enable a minimal environment as below and see if it helps:
- Deactivate all non-WPML plugins
- Switch to a standard theme of WordPress
- Follow the documentation to fix a stuck job https://wpml.org/faq/translation-status-stuck-or-displaying-the-error-wpml-didnt-manage-to-translate-this-page/

Hi Long,

I tried to close this ticket yesterday already, but it didn't work on your site. Nothing happened when I clicked "submit". In fact I updated some plugins that again had new versions and the transaltion editor suddenly started working again.
