Background of the issue:
I am trying to place the language switcher on my site hidden link in the same way as it is on hidden link. I like the position, design, and mobile version of the language switcher on that site.

Symptoms:
No specific issue or error message mentioned.

Questions:
How can I place the language switcher on my site like it is on hidden link?

Hi there.

Please take a look over our documentation here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-switcher-options/custom-language-switcher/

That should guide you in accomplishing a similar result.

I hope that you will find this information helpful.

I added specific words to the glossary that I do not want to be translated, but they are still being translated. After that, I clicked "Translate," and the system deducted 50,000 credits.

Please refund the credits that were unnecessarily deducted from my account.
Why are the words added to the glossary still being translated?

Hi there and welcome back.

Sorry for the delayed response, but fewer people are working on the weekends.

Sometimes, it can take up to 48 hours to get a response if there's a weekend or the current ticket and chat queues are full.

Now, regarding the new glossary-related case that you reported, please note that, per our Support Policy, we can handle only one unique issue per ticket.

Continuing with one issue per ticket helps supporters focus on one problem at once and enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.

I will be marking this current ticket as resolved and I am creating a new ticket for you in regard to the new issue here:
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-glossary-words-are-still-translated/

You will be notified via email when there's an answer to that ticket.

Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.

Mihai
