Tell us what you are trying to do?
If a customer places a order in lets say the language Dutch. Then the customer can't see the order details in their account of they have the language of the website in English.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having and will try my best to assist you in this matter.

From the WPML Debug info, I can see that the translation preference for WooCommerce Orders is set to 'Translatable'. As a result, the order page will only show orders made in that specific language. This explains why you can't see the orders when you change the language.

To solve the issue, please go to "WPML > Settings" and from the "Post Type Translations" section, change the translation preference for the "Orders (shop_order)" to "Not Translatable".

I hope you'll be able to see the orders properly in each language after updating the preference.

Let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
