Recently, in several plugins that we translate (Complianz and Dokan), not all lines that we have translated are displayed on the site. We've tried "translating strings", uploading translation files to the "languages" folder, and uploading the translation file using WPML. The lines themselves show up as translated in WPML. Of course, we also updated the files in the "Theme and plugins localization" section.

We also have problems with html markup. For the last six months we don't see it in the advanced translation editor.

P.S.: In the screenshot I'm attaching from Complianz, all the lines you see in English are translated from "string translation".

Regarding this ticket, I will focus on addressing the translation issue. However, concerning the "Complianz" issue you mentioned, could you provide more details or clarification? This would be helpful in allowing me to create a separate ticket for that specific issue, enabling us to follow up and address it accordingly.

The problem with Complianz is the same as with Dokan. We have the whole plugin translated, but the translation is not displayed.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but in order to proceed with troubleshooting, we kindly request a site snapshot. Alternatively, with your permission, we can create a snapshot on our own.

For this purpose, we typically recommend using the free plugin "Duplicator." If you are already familiar with how Duplicator works ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/), please skip the following steps and simply send me the archive file you downloaded.

To assist you further, please follow these instructions:

Refer to the instructions provided by WPML on how to provide supporters a copy of your site: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

If the archive file exceeds 400MB in size, please utilize Duplicator's file filters to exclude the cache, wp-uploads directory, media, and archive files.

Once you have the archive file, please share the link with us. You can use services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar platforms as the snapshot file will likely be large.

Please note that your next reply will be private, visible only to you and me. You can paste the link to the file there. Rest assured that once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local site.

I've identified the issue on our development site with a copy of your website. Could you kindly install the Dokan and Complianz plugins on our sandbox site here: hidden link

If it's feasible, please recreate the problem on that site so that I can escalate the matter to our second-tier support for a more in-depth investigation.

I have some feedback, and it pertains to the Belorussian language translation.

Based on the information provided on the WordPress polyglots table (https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/), the Belorussian translation is currently at 70% completion. Consequently, the plugin is encountering difficulties when attempting to load the translations directly from the local files.

We attempted to resolve the issue by changing the default language to Belorussian and disabling WPML, but unfortunately, the problem persists.

I kindly request that you reach out to the Dokan plugin author, as the issue persists even when WPML is deactivated.
