This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You have a website with Arabic translations enabled using WPML, and you've noticed that the URLs have been auto-translated into Arabic. You want to revert these URLs back to their original English versions across the site.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you follow these steps:
1. Navigate to WPML-> Settings-> Translated documents options-> Page URL.
2. Select the "Copy from original language if translation language uses encoded URLs" option.
3. Click "Save".
4. Go to WPML-> Languages-> Edit Languages.
5. Set "Yes" in the Encoded URL dropdown menu in the Arabic column.
6. Click "Save".
7. Create a new test page and translate it to verify that the slugs are copied correctly.
For existing pages, make a minor edit and update them in the default language, then update the translation using the translation editor.

This solution might be irrelevant if it’s outdated or not applicable to your case. You can read a detailed explanation about it here. (http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support)

1. I need the same to be reflect on category and tags name as well.
2. Is there any option to make the url change reflect on product without updating one by one. We have more number of products.

Hi,

1) In order to do the same for categories, please go to WPML-> Taxonomy Translation, select the taxonomy, and edit the slug of each term.

2) I'm afraid you would need to do these steps for products as well in order to copy the English slug.

Best regards,
Osama
