Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.
I see you're working with the query monitor plugin so can you check what type of queries do you see from WPML and maybe send us a reference that we can use or a screenshot with the entire query?
If possible, can you also check if that amount of queries happen even if the rest of the plugins are disabled?
See, there are plugins that on their own do things incorrectly but you can't spot it easily because they are not called constantly, yet, after WPML is enabled and with more languages, it's more likely to see the errors because WPML needs to scan every single part of your site, unlike most of the plugins you may have.
