Can you please help? I don't find it with the string translation tool neither scanning the plugins nor with the option "Look for strings while pages are rendered"

1) Could you please tell me which plugin is used to create the string and where you insert the original text?
2) Please try the following steps and let me know if that helps:
- Go to WPML-> String Translation
- Scroll down and click on the "Translate texts in admin screens »" link
- Search for the string
- Select the string
- Click on the "Add to String Translation" button
- Then click on "the « Return to String Translation" link
- Translate the string, clear the cache, and check the front end
I tried to look for the string the way you suggested but it does not find it.
Since the string appears in the booking confirmation page of the gift card product I suppose that the plugin that creates the string should be either "Ultimate Gift Cards For WooCommerce" or "Gift Cards For WooCommerce Pro" which are the ones I installed to create gift cards.
I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) so I can investigate this issue further.

I can find the string under the "giftware" domain. I tested adding a dummy translation for Spanish and it works as you see in the attached screenshots.
Please search for "Press the icon to resend" or use this link hidden link to find it.
