Hello, I've configured the wmpl plugin on my website but it seems the translations are stuck and are not progressing for some days now. What could be the issue? Thanks in advance |

Can you try to do the following: 1) Go to WPML > Translation Management - If it was, then try sending more page to translate again. Thanks in advance. |

Hi! I know what the problem is. it was a 2 part problem and one part was that you didn't have enough memory assigned to your WordPress installation and that was fixed. However that caused another problem: the jobs couldn't return to the site and that caused a domino effect that blocked the entire site from our servers. I managed to retrieve some of the jobs but i would like to ask you if it's possible for me to get a copy of your site so i can try to figure out WHY it keeps getting blocked now. Thanks in advance. |

I haven't forgotten you ;), i'll keep you updated as soon as i have more information. |

Hi there! 1) Can you please check with your hosting if your server is on a firewall? If it is, can you ask if they can whitelist all the subdomains for "wpml.org" 2)also, please try this test: add this code to your theme's functions.php: $response = wp_remote_get( '<em><u>hidden link</u></em>' ); print_r($response); just temporary! Check the front end and at the beginning of the page or the end you'll see a text. Take a screenshot and then you can remove the code Send us that screenshot so we can check because it seems that no matter what I do your server seems to make something fail and our server blocks you as a result. Thanks in advance. I wanted to do it for you, by the way but the changes were never saved 🙁 |

First of all, sorry for the late answer. None of what i asked can be done by you, they should be given to you by the hosting because they are the ones that can give you this information. In the meantime, i believe i can offer a possible solution. if you can create a staging site (A clone of your site, you might also need to ask your hosting about this, or use a plugin like wp-staging and send me credentials for it) i will try to run all the translations, free of charge for you (and we'll of course give you extra credits for the future as a token of apology for all this issue). Regards, |

Our devs will check it out. just so you know, we know what the problem is, but the issue is happening from something on your site/server, we hope to discover what exactly is it by using this staging site. Sorry for the wait on a resolution on this ticket, it's a very very weird case, indeed. |

Hello, i checked your site and noticed 2 things: - You seem to have a different PHP version installed on your server, maybe it was updated? I downgraded the WPML version so i could enable it but i'd suggest that you check if your server has PHP 8 or 7.4 and if possible leave them with one of those 2 (not with 8.1, 8.2 or 8.0.30, For example) since those are the only ones that WordPress is fully compatible with and, as a result, the same applies to WPML. I hope things are better now. please check if that's the case and your site can be used again. --------------- About the automatic translations, by the way, it's something in your server that is not allowing WPML to upload the files. because they do get translated on our end, but then they never reach your site when we send them. this is a different issue from the one you had before and we're trying to figure out what could it be that creates this on your server so we can let you know and maybe this way you can ask your hosting about it. In the meantime, can you ask your hosting if they can give you a server error log for the server where your site is located? and if they have any CALLS to WPML that are being blocked (this is a question you can copy-paste to your hosting directly since you personally won't have access to any of this info). Regards. |

Hi, I transmit your requests to my hosting. They downgrade the php to 7.4 They also send to me a zip file "error_log.zip" but I can't upload it here. Can I send it to you in a e-mail, please ? thank you |
