Translations are stuck on my site

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.

We identified and fixed all the issues on your end. basically there was something in the server that failed at one point and then corrupted a database entry that created the entire issue. We are trying to figure out how it could've gotten corrupted but we know now how to search for it and the workflow will be implemented on a new version of our plugin as soon as we have all the detail. I spent the day checking if it was a stable solution as it was on our testing sites and no problem was detected. I've added credits to your account as well as translated the content that was missing (free of charge) as a token of apology for the very big wait you had to endure because of this issue. It was indeed a very unfortunate and super weird chain of events what happened here but we'll definitely improve there, possibly right in our next release which is coming soon.

danielaH-13	Hi Alejandro, Thank you for your help. There are some parts of the website that are still not translated, the beggining of the main page for ex. When I click on " Edit Translation" the non translated text is not there. When you go to "Contact", there are also non translated words...when you go to "Choose by" (this also has to be translated better but I don't know how) everythnig is in Bulgarian. How can I acces to these non translated parts and translate them, please ? Alejandro WPML Supporter since 02/2018 Languages: English (English ) Spanish (Español ) Italian (Italiano ) Timezone: Europe/Rome (GMT+02:00)	I'm splitting the ticket since this is a different issue. i'll walk you through the next steps on the other one and close this one since the automatic translation problem was already fixed. if you notice there are other pages with missing content, please write them down and check if there's something in common between them (if they come from a theme or plugin option, if they are maybe using the same element when created, etc).
