This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client added two new languages to their site and encountered issues with translations not being processed under the Pay-As-You-Go plan. Additionally, the client did not receive their monthly free credits despite having paid the invoice.
Solution:
1. We informed the client that there is a security limit for the Pay-As-You-Go plan which requires a partial payment if the amount of $100 is reached for the first time. This could be the reason why translations were not being processed.
2. We provided a link to the documentation on automatic translation invoices for the client to review: Automatic Translation Invoices.
3. We asked the client to provide debug information to help us resolve the issue faster, directing them to: How to provide debug information.
4. We clarified that the 2000 monthly free credits are part of the Pay-As-You-Go subscription and are discounted from the monthly usage, not prepaid credits.
5. We consulted with our second-tier support team regarding the missing monthly free credits.
6. We confirmed that Pay-As-You-Go had been re-enabled on the client's site and asked if they were able to use it again.

If the solution provided is not relevant to your case, either because it's outdated or it does not apply to your situation, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at WPML Known Issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Can you send me a screenshot of https://wpml.org/account/?

Did you assign new credits to that site as per https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/#assign-automatic-translation-credits?

Hello,

We do have a security limit on Pay-As-You-Go which requests partial payment if, for the first time, a specific amount of $100 is reached.

Could this be the issue?

Please revise:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-invoices/

To help you faster, I've enabled a private message for submitting the debug information for this support ticket. Please see this link for how to get this information from your site and give it to us:

Best regards
Andreas

Can you tell me that why is there a limit?

There is no mention of a limit to the pay as you go in the article above. It also appears that our monthly free credits have no appeared, even though the invoice has been paid.

Please revise the FAQ section here:

- Are there any limits on how much I can translate?
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/

Regarding the 2000 monthly free credits, I will need to consult our second-tier support team.

Meanwhile, are you able to use your Pay-As-You-Go subscription again?

Hello,

The 2000 monthly free credits are not prepaid credits. They are part of your Pay-As-You-Go subscription and will be discounted from your monthly usage.

Are you now able again to use Pay-As-You-Go?

Best regards
Andreas
