This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client added two new languages to their site and encountered issues with translations not being processed under the Pay-As-You-Go plan. Additionally, the client did not receive their monthly free credits despite having paid the invoice.
Solution:
1. We informed the client that there is a security limit for the Pay-As-You-Go plan which requires a partial payment if the amount of $100 is reached for the first time. This could be the reason why translations were not being processed.
2. We provided a link to the documentation on automatic translation invoices for the client to review: Automatic Translation Invoices.
3. We asked the client to provide debug information to help us resolve the issue faster, directing them to: How to provide debug information.
4. We clarified that the 2000 monthly free credits are part of the Pay-As-You-Go subscription and are discounted from the monthly usage, not prepaid credits.
5. We consulted with our second-tier support team regarding the missing monthly free credits.
6. We confirmed that Pay-As-You-Go had been re-enabled on the client's site and asked if they were able to use it again.
