Background of the issue:
I am trying to write a support ticket on this form, but when I press "Report Issue" everything I write gets re-written into non-sense. URL: hidden link

Symptoms:
Your support system re-wrote my message into non-sense, making it impossible to report issues.

Questions:
Why does your support system destroy the meaning of my messages to you?

The Support Wizard uses AI to assist you in opening a support request.

If you are unhappy with the results or would not like to use this service, then you can cancel the wizard and create your ticket manually.

My apologies for the misunderstanding.

I see that we no longer have an option to disable the AI generation. Take note that this wizard uses ChatGPT. Here is a quick guide:

To prompt ChatGPT without causing misunderstandings, follow these tips:

- Be specific with to avoid vague outputs.
- Provide sufficient context
- Write concise

If the result is still not correct, I suggest you open the ticket and then drop another comment explaining the issue.

The problem is that my text is gone, the moment ChatGPT has 'scrambled' it, so I will have to spend approximately the double time creating the support ticket...

Take note, that we are waiting for the author of the plugin to fix this issue.

We published a workaround for this issue here:

Could you please give this a try?

About WP Menus Sync:
This feature will check for any existing menu items and then try to sync them. If you are getting unexpected results we might need to take a closer look. If so, please provide exact details about which item is unexpected.

You are asking me to choose

" Secure only mails that occur within WordPress filters. (Not recommended) "

I don't know if my emails occur "within WordPress filters", so I cannot choose that, just to avoid that WPML thinks that a menu item needs sync, when it does not need sync.

I am sorry for the misunderstanding, but you expected the issue to come from the E-Mail Encoder Plugin, which likely is not the case I suspect.

I only need to inform you that we have known issues with E-Mail Encoder and I suggest again that you apply the recommended workaround in case you have issues with using the Translation Management and the WPML Advanced Translation Editor.
