WP Offload Media not showing content in second language

markB-35	The URL to the image is not being rewritten to our Chinese domain. It just stays the same as the English version

According to my colleague's suggest, please let me know after you setup a test site with a minimal environment (only WP Offload Media and WPML plugins, basic WordPress theme) and replicate the issue. Then I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your staging site.
