Background of the issue:
I am trying to manage the Glossary list for CSV imported terms on my website. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link. I expected to see a list of glossary terms.

Symptoms:
I see only manually added terms. Terms imported with a CSV file cannot be seen, edited, or deleted. If I try to add a term that was imported from a CSV file, I see the message: "This term already exists which can be edited in the table. Please add a new term."

Questions:
Why can't I see the terms imported from the CSV file?
How can I edit or delete terms that were imported from the CSV file?

Hi,

Thanks for reply. I dont have csv file.

#######################
If you don’t have a previously exporter the CSV:

Open a support ticket and provide the URL of the site that contains the problematic entries
Provide a reference term with the problem
We will prepare a fixed CSV that you can then import in WPML > Translation Management > Translation Tools > Glossary
Ensure “Overwrite existing terms” is checked during import.

Hello,

From what I understand you had previously uploaded a CSV with the glossary entries. however, am I right to understand you don't have that file anymore?

If so I got it from our end and you can download + import it from here: hidden link

Make sure you first check the option to overwrite the term and then upload the file.

The problem is with the column "kind", it should always have a value "name", otherwise they will not appear visible on your site. This is something that will change soon (the "kind" colum will no longer be needed).

Try to upload this file and let me know if the problem continues.
