This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is editing a page in two languages simultaneously using Elementor and wants to insert a link to a page that has versions in both languages. However, the link to the 'About us' page only appears in the language that was last selected in the WordPress Dashboard.
Solution:
We recommend translating URLs using our translation editor. Here is a step-by-step guide:
1. Choose the language you want to edit in the WordPress Dashboard before opening the Elementor editor.
2. Follow the workflow provided in our documentation to translate URLs using the Advanced Translation Editor: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-translate-urls-shortcodes-and-html-attributes-using-the-advanced-translation-editor/

I'm simultaneously edit ONE page in TWO languages (Russian and English) in two browser windows in Elementor editor.
In both I need to insert a link to Page "About us" that already have two languages version.
But the problem is - when I try to choose "About us" page in Link field of Elementor Button Options, I see it only in language that was last chosen in WP Dashboard (site/wp-admin/..). So, to set link in another language, I have to open site/wp-admin/, change the language and then I can find it in Link field.

Is there better way to set the links?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML support team,

I think this is an expected behavior when it comes to editing your content in second language, but to make sure :

1- When you say edit in two languages, does that mean you are translating your about-us page manually? If yes, are you editing the translation when it is unlinked with the original?

2- Could you send me a screenshot of the Link field you are referring to? Is it part of a default Elementor widget or another plugin?

Best,

Look to screenshot. In window "2" I have English version and in "3" Russian version that connected to English. But in window "3" I cannot choose any Russian page unless I change language to Russian in window "1" (Russian and English pages are connected).
If in window "3" (Russian language) I choose this page, it opened in English.

Hello,

Usually, we recommend translating URLs using our translation editor using this workflow: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-translate-urls-shortcodes-and-html-attributes-using-the-advanced-translation-editor/

Since you are directly editing the translation from the site editor, you have to choose the language you want to edit in before opening it.

Best,
