Following up here. 90% of pages and posts are translating, but some never complete and I can't even manually complete them. |

Would it be possible for you to allow me access to the site so I can take a closer look at the problem? Also, would you be able to tell me a page that we can use as a reference moving forward? Thanks in advance. |

The problem seems to be on the file that is sent to our servers. it was created wrongly and it ends up failing and blocking your site. I'm not sure why it happens with the "my templates" post type, though. I'll update you as soon as I have more info on the matter. |

The next step is something that I can't do myself because siteground is blocking access to it. Could you please open your database and look for these 2 entries: - wpml.ate_sync.lock Delete them if they are blank, please and let me know the outcome so I can continue. |

They are not files, they are database entries. You're looking for the content files instead of the site database entries. Your siteground hosting has a way to check the database, but you may be able to ask the support of your hosting to do what I asked for you 🙂 Regards, |

Ah, sorry I missed that and assumed they were files. What table are these in? Do you have a sql query I can run? I ran various searches and can't find these anywhere. |

They are in the options table. if you don't have them, then we can jump into something else. |

yeah. not there. SELECT * FROM `hfw_options` WHERE option_name like 'wpml%' order by option_name returns: wpml_allow_translatable_job_fields a:0:{} on |
