Problem:
You are trying to translate a page on your website and encounter an error message: 'Someone is already rating this translation. Please try again later.' even though you are the only one working on the website.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try clearing your cache as this resolved the problem for the client.

Background of the issue:
