This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was able to translate a page list from Albanian to English, but encountered issues with certain fields not translating correctly, specifically numeric fields. Additionally, when switching to English, some text did not translate as expected. Solution: We recommended the following steps to ensure proper translation of numeric fields: 1. Navigate to WPML > Settings > Custom Fields Translations; 2. Click on Show System Fields; 3. Search for all the missing fields and set them to Copy. Then, save the changes; 4. Update the original template and save. Afterwards, update its translation; 5. Update the original listing and save. Then, update its translation. These steps should resolve the issue with fields not translating correctly. If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If issues persist, please open a new support ticket.

Thank you for sharing the details. I was able to verify that this issue is not coming from conflicts or from a WPML bug. Even though the labels are translated, it seems that your theme is not pulling the label in the correct language (it returns Albanian values, when they should be in English).
In this case, please reach out to your theme developer and explain the situation. It seems there's nothing we can do on our side to solve this problem. Let me know what the theme author says.
I want that when when user selected Albanian lanauge all the text in the right side to be according with lanauge selected as in the screenshoot:
I tried to register widget at WPML->Setting->Custom XML Configuration but did not display editable fields.
I can not trasnlate like "hourse", "weeks", "month" in Albaniane
After that i tried to looking for each field in the WPML->Setting-String translation
For more detail I atatched link of the vide. hidden link
It looks the source plugin/theme separates the strings. I searched for "weeks" and found the string. Check image attached. Please do the same, search for specific words of the string, you should find them.

I am reproduce steps below:
1. Navigate to listimet page: hidden link
2. Click on one of the listimet for exmaple which are added from submit a listing recently just for a test.
3. Go at the listing page: hidden link
4. Observe that after menu does' t display any switch toggle language to translate into English this Listing Single V1.
To translate this Listing Single V1 I tried to reigister widget at WPLML-> settings->Custom XML Configuration but it don't works as excepted.
You have reproduce the issue in the test/staging site hidden link
The Listing element was set as untranslatable. To fix it, please follow these steps:
1. Go to WPML > Settings and mark Listing as Translatable, under Post Types translation;
2. Go to the listings tab and add the translation to the listings;
Please note that for other elements contained in the Listing element, they should also be set as translatable. Once they are translatable you can translate them either in WPML > Translation Management, or in Taxonomy translation, depending on their type.
Also note that the custom XML only works for custom page builder widgets, it's best not to touch it, as it can lead to problems. Let me know how it goes.
I apologize, our queue has been higher than usual lately. Thank you for waiting.
The fields that have numeric values, must be set as "Copy" in WPML > Settings. Please do as follows:
1. Go to WPML > Settings > Custom Fields Translations;
2. Click on "Show System Fields";
3. Search for all the missing fields and set them to "Copy". Save;
4. Update the original template and save. Update its translation;
5. Update the original listing and save. Update its translation;
I've tested with a couple fields in the staging version and it worked. Let me know.
