Hi Long,

The last problem (for now) is to learn why the Spanish translations are not retaining formatting information compared to the original English posts. Let's use this one post as an example: hidden link

Use the language switcher to change to the Spanish version: hidden link

The line breaks in the blockquote lists do not carry over to Spanish.

Here's another post where formatting does not carry over: hidden link

And the Spanish version: hidden link

I'm happy to give you admin access to WP and FTP, but this does not look like the secure form I was expecting.

Let me know if you'd like access.

Thanks,

Jim Lawrence

Hi Jim,

Here is the new ticket. It is a known issue, please try to use the workaround in the documentation https://wpml.org/errata/line-breaks-are-ignored-when-using-the-advanced-translation-edior/
or use the previous version of the Advanced Translation Editor and let me know if it helps.

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

Thank you, Long

That fixed the issue and wasn't too difficult or time-consuming to complete!
