This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is experiencing issues with WPML and ACFML synchronization, specifically with ATE sync status messages being too long and not fitting onscreen. This makes it difficult to determine if the sync is progressing or stalled. The client also mentioned difficulties in recreating the sync status message for testing purposes. Solution: We recommended the client to initiate a simple automatic translation to trigger the field sync, as this process is quick and does not require coding. Additionally, we suggested using a free tool like Loom for the client to record their actions during the sync process, which would help us better understand and replicate the issue. If the problem persists, we advised escalating the issue to our 2nd Tier Support for further investigation.
Please note that the solution provided might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue continues, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Hi Kor! We're trying to troubleshoot ATE sync issues, and having difficulty because the sync status message is so long that it doesn't fit onscreen, so we can't see whether the sync is progressing or whether it's stalled.
Hi Kors, you're going to temporarily lose admin access in the test env that I shared because I'm going to resync the environment and try to create an easily-repeatable way to generate the status updates.
Will be in touch as soon as that's ready for you, probably tomorrow.
Hi Kor, I'm able to recreate the WPML sync message if I make ACF fields changes on local, then push my code to a test site, and then sync the ACF fields.
However, the sync usually only lasts for a few minutes at most. It was easy to recreate the problem during chat when we were online at the same time, but I don't have an easy way to recreate the problem for you if we're not online at the same time.
Because this WPML sync behavior is a fairly standard feature of WPML and ACFML, is there a way that you can recreate the status message for yourself?
Or should we pick a time to work on this together if you don't know of a way to recreate the status message for yourself?
Could you please record a short screen recording of what you've done to sync it? I will follow the steps provided by you in the video and try to replicate it.
Sorry again for the trouble. You can use this free tool hidden link
Kor, is there a way that you could do this yourself, given that it's difficult to schedule a time when we're both online and available at the exact same time?
Or we can set up an appointment to do this together. I'm in New York, the "ET" eastern time zone.
If I initiate a simple automatic translation, it'll be done within 1 minute and you'll never see it.
Also, if there's a way to avoid using our translation credits during testing, that would be appreciated.
Feel free to use the test site at hidden link if feasible, or maybe another test site that you control?
This CSS/layout issue is not specific to our site -- this is the default styling for all WPML-enabled sites, so in theory you can use any test site that WPML manages, and see the sync status message for yourself.
Ok, I will escalate this to our 2nd Tier Support using the screenshots that you provided earlier, and also, I will share my solution to fix the styling issue.
I can't promise if this will be added in the next update but I will be sure to bring this to their attention. Thanks again.
