Problem:
Unable to complete ATE Translations

Solution:
Whitelisting the following domain solved the issue:

- wpml.org
- cdn.wpml.org
- api.wpml.org
- ate.wpml.org
- ams.wpml.org
- api.toolset.com
- d2salfytceyqoe.cloudfront.net
- d7j863fr5jhrr.cloudfront.net
- ate-production.s3proxy.wpml.org
- tp.wpml.org
- health.wpml.org
- d2pf4b3z51hfy8.cloudfront.net

sure, To debug this issue further, I would need to check your site settings once, for this I would need temporary access (wp-admin and ftp) to your site.

So could you please provide me with those details, you will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.

I canot disable cache, but you can reset it by clicking on this button in the admin bar:

And yes you can disable some plugins

The button doesn't clear the cache, I am unable to see the + icon to add translations too.

I suggest you to disable the cache completely while we test it.

I see there are some console errors so I deleted the WPML and tried to install a fresh new copy, but while I try to do so I receive a 503 server error. Can you install a fresh new copy of WPML plugins on the site?

I went to Dashboard->Plugins and deactivated then deleted the plugin.

Let me know once the plugin has been added properly.

I have fixed everything. However, I can't open the administration access this week.

Especially since the "ate-production.s3proxy.wpml.org" feed will be open.
