Tell us what you are trying to do? Hi, I'm trying to transfer translation credits from hidden link back to my account, but I'm unable. When I visit https://wpml.org/account/ and try to remove credits, and modal appears and instructs me to visit the "Automatic Translations" tab on this site, and then "Expand the menu to Transfer credits to WPML account". However, I do not see an option to "Expand the menu to Transfer credits to WPML account" at that point. As a test, I tried to add a credit to that site via wpml.org/account. The wpml.org/account portal seemed to move one credit to that site, so I guess that that's good. But I'm still not able to transfer credits from that site back to my account. Right now, this site has 60001 credits. Is there any documentation that you are following? n/a Is there a similar example that we can see? n/a What is the link to your site? hidden link |

If it helps, I also tried to deregister WPML from that site and re-register in case the connection wasn't working. I successfully re-registered WPML but I still don't see the option to transfer credits back to my account. |

Hi there. Not sure why that is happening, from what I can see, there were multiple WordPress installs/reinstalls or WPML setups/re-setups on this domain so there's a chance that the connection got lost at some point. But I moved the credits for you back to your WPML.org account so now you should have 90.000 credits in total in your WPML.org account 🙂 Good luck with the projects! Kind regards, |

Hi Mihai, would it be feasible to update the "Sites Using Prepaid Credits" list on "https://wpml.org/account/" so that the following site URL does not appear? hidden link This URL does _not_ appear on the "Register WPML on your sites" page, so as you noted, it looks like there was some sort of site registration problem at some point. I'm asking because we'll need to work on this "dev" site again soon, and I suspect that we'll have a problem with assigning credits again as long as this "fake" copy of the dev site appears on the list. |

Hi there. Yes, you could try to completely remove the old key for that site from here (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) > then generate a new key and copy it > then go to your website's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > UNregister WPML from the old key > REgister WPML with the new key and things should be connected now between the site and your account. Hi, you wrote: > Yes, you could try to completely remove the old key for that site from here (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) But this site is not listed within https://wpml.org/account/sites/ I see this site listed in https://wpml.org/account/ but not in https://wpml.org/account/sites/ Is this something that you could fix for me? |

Hi there. Sorry for the delayed response - there was a weekend and I also had a small vacation before the weekend. That's pretty weird, indeed. I don't think I ever encountered that before. I will need to get in touch with the systems team in regards to this but I would first need from you a screenshot with each of these pages: - https://wpml.org/account Thank you! Mihai |

Thank you for the response. Sorry for the delay - there's been a full queue in the past few days. I will get back to you as soon as I have news from the Systems department. I estimate that I will get back to you at the beginning of next week. I'm leaving the ticket assigned to myself until then. Mihai |

Hi there. Let's try something else: please completely remove the last site key from here: https://wpml.org/account/sites/ (click the "trash" icon for the last site from this list here: hidden link) Now, please go here (https://wpml.org/account) and see if this site (hidden link) also disappeared from that list. If it did, you can now go back to the sites page (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) > generate a new key for the other domain that you had there (i think is chainalysis.com) > then go to the backend of that site (chainalysis.com) > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > UNregister WPML from the old key > then REgister WPML with the new key. Let's see if that works. I will be waiting for your response. Mihai |

This fixed the problem. After I removed all of the sites from wpml.org, the unwanted dev URL was gone. And when added the sites back, the dev site did not reappear, which is good. Thank you, Mihai. Happy new year! |
