US dollar is not selected, but shown on frontend instead of euro, and also cannot be removed from currency switcher in the backend

Thank you for contacting WPML support!

From the screenshot you shared, you have set up the multi-currencies in WooCommerce Payments plugin, not WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency.

Please follow this doc to use that feature from WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/multi-currency-support-woocommerce/#configuring-currencies.

To avoid conflicts, you may want to disable the multi-currency feature in WooCommerce Payments.
