From the WPML side, we cannot tell Google to index things on your site or display them on search results. You can contact their support to get further assistance.
Besides that, I only see the text "Дефлектори за преден капак и ветробрани - Deflectors.eu" when searching for the image and display in some images (not all of them), don't see it when searching for content or shopping so I think it could be a caching issue.
You can try to analyze your site with Google Search Console and check the results there. hidden link
Thanks. It's bot a caching issue as this happens for a long time. This must be related to translations of the metadata and s.o. said it was related to Yoast SEO plugin (and how WPML translates there). How do you deal with that? Can I give you access to check inside the settings?

I opened the GSC but the page was last indexed on 06.07.2023 so that is not the reason. I requested reindexation as shown in the article but that would not help as that page has been translated long time ago. Otherwise the reindexation is on the que. hidden link
Also the problem is general for all the tens of thousands of product pages. It must be some setting of Yoast or WPML. Please help.

After checking your site in both admin area and frontend, I see the text "Дефлектори за преден капак и ветробрани - Deflectors.eu" is the title (and meta title) of the homepage and I can confirm it is translated into English on the translation homepage correctly. And the text title also does not display on the product page/translation product page. I'm not sure why or how Google search results display that text when searching for the image. I recommend contacting Yoast or GSC support to ask for more information.
