This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are experiencing a contact form issue on your website, where the order of the Sales Team is incorrect in the German (de) and English (en) versions. This has been done via ACF.
Solution:
We have identified this as a known issue. We recommend checking the following errata for a workaround while we work on a permanent fix: Advanced Custom Field related posts in relationship and post object field don't keep custom order in translation.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, please open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. For further assistance, you can contact us directly through our support forum.
