Problem:
You are working on a development site and trying to activate the OTGS plugin after uploading it. The plugin appears as activated but isn't functioning.
Solution:
This behavior is expected. The OTGS installer plugin remains deactivated by default; it only needs to be installed to function. To use it, navigate to Plugins > Add New > Commercial. There, you will find a list of available plugins.
