Background of the issue:
I have deleted a translation of a page on my site hidden link. Now I am trying to re-translate the page using WPML's automatic translation feature.
Symptoms:
The automatic translation process seems to be stuck. The two affected translations do not appear in the jobs, so I cannot cancel them.
Questions:
How can I resolve the issue of the automatic translation being stuck?
Why are the affected translations not appearing in the jobs list?
Thanks for your help, but this unfortunatelly did not work. The two translations running did not show in the job list and also using the support section and canceling running automatic translations did not work
For your team, if you want to investigate further:
1. We deleted the translation on one page
2. We changed the order of translation engines. Might be, that this happened during the jobs still running
Perhaps this is helpful
We could fix the issue by restoring a database backup.
I have been having this same issue for months and even open a ticket (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translations-stuck-at-100-not-creating-localized-pages). The mu-plugin was just code for custom posts and didn't have any issues. Translations complete sometimes and sometimes they just get to 100% and don't render to pages. I'll delete the translated page and it used to just show back up after completing the translations from memory but in the last few months the page would not return and then after a couple days it would finally show up. Would payment issue cause this? My account shows I have 150,000 assigned to the site but also that I have 0 credits available? We do a mix of auto translations and tweaking using manual.
