Hi

I activated the WP Global Cart plugin on the staging site and noticed the issue, so it seems to be a compatibility problem between these two plugins. What steps can I take to resolve this?

looking forward to your response

Thank you

Lola

Hi Lola,

Thank you for your patience. Could you please try the solution mentioned here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wpml-plugin-alters-the-search-queries/page/2/#post-13925151?

Essentially, activating all the necessary WPML plugins on the subsites should prevent the search results from being truncated.

Best regards,
Marcel

Hi Lola,

Thank you for the info. I will set up a Multisite test network so we can try to replicate the problem from scratch. Once that's done, we can escalate it internally to explore the possibility of a temporary workaround. After that, we can reach out to the authors for further assistance.

Best regards,
Marcel
