This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to translate global buttons on a Divi theme page using WPML and does not see an option to do so.
Solution:
For the Supreme Tabs issue:
1. Go to your Pages tab and hover over the language column of the 'Proceso de Admisión' page, then click on 'Translate myself'.
2. Add all the missing translations. There were many fields missing, likely due to an issue with the automatic translation of the page. Translating these should resolve the problem.

For the second issue:
1. Send the 'History' page (in English) to the trash. You can change the language in the top bar to English and search for the 'History' page.
2. Go to the trash and permanently delete the page.
3. Access your Spanish Pages tab and hover over the language column of the 'Historia' page, then click on 'Translate myself'.
4. Add all the missing translations. There were many fields missing, likely due to an issue with the automatic translation of the page. Translating these should resolve the problem.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but it seems that the automatic translation service is having difficulties with some pages. Following the steps described should resolve the issue in these situations. Please let us know if this resolves your problem.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If issues persist, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I'm trying to translate the entire page into English and there are global buttons that don't translate and I don't get the option. I've tried a thousand ways and it doesn't work. The site I need help with is hidden link.

Symptoms:
Global buttons do not translate and there is no option to translate them.

Questions:
How can I translate global buttons in Divi using WPML?
Is there specific documentation for translating global elements in Divi with WPML?

Hey there,

There are a few things we can check.

First, try scanning your website and looking for the text in String Translation. You can do that, by following these steps:

1. Go to WPML > Theme and Plugins Localization and scan your active Theme (also scan add-on plugins for Divi, if you're using any);
2. Go to WPML > String Translation and search for the text. Let me know if it shows and if you could translate them.

You can check here, for more details:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/

In case that does not work, please send me a screenshot where I can see this button(s).

Furthermore, I checked your debug info and noticed that your website doesn't have the minimum memory required for WPML to work. WPML requires a memory limit of at least 128MB while 256MB is recommended. See https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/ for detailed information. You can set WP Memory Limit in your wp-config.php file by adding the following code:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

See:

https://wordpress.org/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/#increasing-memory-allocated-to-php

for details. Increasing WP Memory may help improve the performance and sometimes also help resolving such issues.

I applied what he told me and I still can't solve the global button that doesn't translate, that's in the first image.

In the second image, a divisupreme module that is a complement, the content does not show translated.

Thank you for sharing the details.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

IMPORTANT

- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

Hola,
