This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is trying to delete the site key.
Solution:
If you're experiencing issues with deleting your site key, we recommend you try the following steps:
1. Log in to your WPML.org account and navigate to the Sites page: https://wpml.org/account/sites/.
2. Click on the little trash icon to delete the site key. This action will return the assigned credits to your WPML.org account. For more details, please refer to this documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/why-credits-may-be-missing-and-how-to-fix-it/#removing-a-sites-registration-from-wpml-org.
Afterward, you can assign the returned credits to any of your registered sites by following the instructions in this documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/.
Please note that the solution provided might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket with us.
