Hi,

As per our chat discussion, meanwhile this ticket is attended by our support, please try those plugin activation/deactivation steps and share your findings.

Can you also enable debugging on your site? See https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/ for details. Once enabled, browse the WordPress admin pages (random), frontend website and the said sections/pages a few times. This will log the errors in the debug.log file which you can upload somewhere and share the download link for investigation.

Regards.

I managed to get the missing images to appear on the site, but for some reason they are not following the same position as the original, I have attached an example.

Hi Benjamin,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

If I understand the issue correctly, the header cover image on the page is created by the Elementor template "Hero billede med titel". On your staging site, I go to Templates > Saved Templates > Edit template "Hero billede med titel" > Just click update > Update the translation to sync all settings to the translation template.

Now you can see the header cover image in the second language displays the same position as the original language hidden link

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks

I see it working on the staging site, but I have not been able to update it on the live site, after following your guide. I can create a login for the live site if you need it.

Hi,

Thank you for the feedback.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.

It could be a caching issue on your site. I've made a small change to the Elementor template "Hero billede med title" (a small dot) > Saved changes > Updated the translation. Now you can see the header cover displays on the translation page as the original page as well.
Please check this screenshot hidden link

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks
