This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You deleted a registered site, which was a WP-staging clone, and noticed that the credits on the production site disappeared and were not transferred back.
Solution:
We moved the credits back to your WPML.org account. Normally, you should be able to transfer credits by clicking the Add/remove credits button. If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend checking your WPML.org account to confirm the credits are now visible. If the credits still do not appear, or if this solution does not resolve your issue, please visit our support forum and open a new ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
