Hi there,

I hope you're doing well.

Every couple of months afrololo.nl gives a internal error 500. We've contacted our hostingservice and they say it's something with WPML settings and .htaccess file.

They also say it's a know error. Can you please help us out? If it's gonna happen again I'm afraid our client is cancelling our services..

Hello,

it would be helpful if your hosting can explain why they think it is WPML and further details what happens in htaccess?

The only thing that comes to my mind is a compatibility issue with some 3rd party plugin as explained in the next errata:
