Background of the issue:
I'm encountering several issues while trying to translate my site using WPML.

1. I translated the product categories from RO to EN, but not all categories were successfully translated. I followed a support guide to troubleshoot, but WPML only translated 78 categories, and all of them have 0 products. Previously, a suggested solution was to go to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Categories and sync them, but I no longer see this option.

2. In Taxonomy Translation, when I select 'Categorii de produse' and try to translate an element, nothing happens. In Products > All Products, only 530 out of 672 products appear translated, but in WPML > Translation Management > Products, all of them are marked as translated.

3. The footer is translated in the backend, but on the frontend, it's a mix of RO and EN.

4. Occasionally, when I attempt auto-translation, I receive an error: 'Job couldn’t be created.' If I retry multiple times with the same selection, WPML translates only part of the content.

Symptoms:
Categories aren't syncing properly, not all products are translated, footer translation issue, and auto-translation errors.

Questions:
Could you help me troubleshoot these issues?
Do you need admin access to the website?

Thanks for your reply.

Could you please allow me to deactivate plugins and switch theme on your Website? If you agree, please make sure to have a full backup just incase anything goes wrong.

Hello, Kor, sorry for the late reply.

Yes, you can deactivate plugins and switch themes.

I'm gonna tell my colleagues to stop working on the site for the moment.

Thanks,

Thanks for your reply.

The issue persists even after deactivating all 3rd party plugins except WooCommerce and WPML plugins.

I will need to escalate this to our 2nd Tier Support for further investigation. Can you clone the site to another staging site so that we do not interrupt your work while we work on the site?
