My website is homepaketo.com as you can see from the following link the variation swatches are shown properly in Greek version, if you switch to the English version the images are not shown . Can you please help me to fix this hidden link

The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured.
1. The images are added manualy via wordpress upload system.
I have added the debug info. For a strange reason when i create a product in greek language with variations and swatches the images are shown correctly . When i try to edit the english translation of the product the variations and swatches are locked . A locked icon is shown to product options.
It's locked because the images should be copied from the default language. If the images are not copied, I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

The problem is that the website is in production live with sales and customers visiting the website.
What about if i create a staging website and give you access there?
Thanks for the access details. Could you please check the following steps?
1- Go to WPML-> Settings-> Custom Fields Translation section
2- Click on "Show System Fields"
3- Search for the following fields and set them to "Copy Once"
_swatchly_product_meta
_woodmart_swatches_attribute
4- Edit the product in the default language
5- Make sure that the swatches images are set correctly, and update the product
6- Edit the translated product to add the swatches images
7* Clear the cache and check the front end
I've applied the above steps to the staging site. Please check the English product and let me know if it works correctly. (hidden link)
