This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate the intake forms on your site into Spanish, but despite purchasing additional translation credits, the forms remain in English.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, it's likely because the intake forms are managed by a third-party service. We recommend checking with the service provider to see if they offer options to translate or create separate forms for each language. Then, you can integrate these forms accordingly on your site. Additionally, ensure that your website setup is optimized for translations by providing us with debug information. You can find instructions on how to provide this information here: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the intake forms on my site, hidden link, into Spanish. I initially ran the translation but didn't have enough credits, so I purchased more.

Symptoms:
The intake forms are still in English even after attempting to translate the site.

Questions:
Any way to make the intake forms Spanish if someone translates the site?
Will the site continue to translate after purchasing more credits?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

Looks like that form is coming from a 3rd party service, usually you should have an option in the service to translate or create a separate form for each language and then use it accordingly in your site.

However, I'll request to check in your intake service for the said possibility.

Additionally, please also provide the debug information of your website for an overview of your setup. See https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/ for more information.

I've enabled the debug information section for your next reply.

Additionally you can also take a look at https://wpml.org/faq/checklist-before-opening-a-ticket-in-wpml-support/ and cross-check for a few initial fixes.

See https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/ for details on privacy and security.

Regards.

Is there a way to Default to Spanish on a specific page, reguardless of the language that was selected.
If you click on Spanish at the top first and not forms, the blue box comes up and you can click to Spanish to translate the page. If you then go to formularios, you have to again click on Spanish but it doesn’t come up.

If you first go to forms and choose Formulario para adultos, it comes up in Spanish although it says English in the top bar.

So what do we do for patients who go first to translate the page before choosing forms?
