This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client has migrated their database from pre-production to production and encountered an error message regarding the use of automatic translation credits on both environments.
Solution:
We recommend selecting the 'Yes (copy)' action to share credits between the sites. This will allow the client to manage the credits independently while ensuring that the translation memory is shared, regardless of whether the sites have different content. For more detailed guidance, we suggest consulting our documentation on Automatic Translation Subscription for Multiple Sites.

Hello, I'm writing to you because I've migrated our database from preprod to prod. However, I'm getting this error message:

if I click on "no" it tells me that the credits will no longer be usable on the old site.

I need to keep the credits on both environments

Hi Emmanuel,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

If you want to use both sites, you can select Yes (copy) action. Then share credits between your sites. The translation memory is shared also. No matter if both sites have different content.

Refer documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-subscription-for-multiple-sites/

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks

I tried your manipulation, but when I clicked on the link to retrieve the code on the other site, no code was visible. So I tried the choice to manage the credits independently between the two environments, but I ended up with a production "without any usable credits". In short, I had to delete my production site from the WPML admin to generate a new key, etc.
